Return & Exchange Policy

At Bonita Era, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help you find a style you’ll love.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Please note: We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

  • With original tags attached (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact Bonita Era through our email bonitaera@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting an approved return will not be accepted.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Bonita Era offers store credit or exchanges only for eligible returns.

Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase and does not expire.

If you choose to exchange your item:

  • If the new item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

  • If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Refunds

Bonita Era does not offer refunds for returns, sizing issues, or changes of mind.

Refunds are only issued in the event that:

  • An item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is an error with your order

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, Bonita Era will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return approval. Packages sent without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed.

Bonita Era is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process after the return label has been provided.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Swimwear unless unworn with hygiene liner and tags attached

  • Beauty products, including lashes, once opened

  • Items marked as final sale
